Trump praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi and said, ‘India is a great country and Prime Minister Modi is a very good friend of mine. I have just returned from India a few days ago and we stayed together (PM Modi). President Trump in his statement referred to visits to New Delhi, Ahmedabad, and Agra. However, the White House has not yet said how many ventilators will be donated.

Trump said the two countries stand with each other to defeat the coronavirus epidemic. He also said in his tweet that America and India are supporting each other in developing a vaccine. They hope that the two countries together will defeat this invisible enemy.

Trump also praised Indian-American scientists and researchers for their efforts in developing medicines and vaccines for the deadly coronavirus. Trump said the US is working closely with India to deal with the epidemic.

Speaking to reporters at the White House’s Rose Garden on Friday, Trump said, “The United States has a large Indian population and many of the people you are talking about are also working on the vaccine.” They include great scientists and researchers.

Earlier, India sent hydroxychloroquine to the US to help fight Kovid-19. The number of corona infections and deaths in the US is very high. Here 87 thousand people have lost their lives due to the virus while the number of infected has reached 14 lakh.

On the other hand, in the case of Corona patients, China overtook China on Friday. According to data coming from all states and union territories, the total number of infected patients in the country has crossed 85,000 and is more than the current number of patients in China, where a total of 82,933 cases have been reported so far.

There have been some new cases in Wuhan city of China from where the epidemic originated. Despite this, India has overtaken the number of infected patients. According to official figures, 4,633 people died of coronavirus in China, while more than 78,000 people have returned home after becoming infection-free.
